I have just bought a brand new highlander days ago & this car died on me while I was at the bank before work in the morning. The would not start and it would not even open. I tried jumping it and everything I could think to have this car start but nothing would make it start; I left the vehicle and called to be picked up by my family, Later in the day I went back & tried multiple times throughout the day to see if now it would start since where the car was it was closed by our home was still nothing would work. I called Toyota roadside assistance and they kept sending me either the wrong type of assistance or even the people wouldn't show.. it was already night time when Gino showed and he not only got the car going but also literally explain to me what might of happen, he also made some suggestions I did not know & explain exactly what he was going to do. He was to be honest a great guys who provided a great service!!! "I felt my car was in good hands and overall after all this crazy none sense I am pretty happy, specially after all the stress has gone on a brand new car.. it was a peace of mind to know how efficient and polite Gino was. After calling several towing companies for help trying to get rid of an abandoned vehicle on my property I started to think it was never going to happen.
